Firstly , I've to say that a job interview is like a coin with a wood side, I mean you have to got good luck by your side. I agree you have to be the best version of yourself. The most important, I reckon, is the good education, have good maners, be respect and then before that, the inteview can start. I've seen the list of apptitudes and I think the most important are the work experience and the personality, it is like in rock music, you could be the worst singer, but in spite of that, you could be the best artist. Before that the appearance could be the third thing in the list, and the last, but not the least, could be the qualifications.
