In this work, the people don't sleep a lot of hours because the environment is unusual. They are far to their families and friends but usually sends messages with them. In this place, it's complicated to cook, however, they eat a special food with the neccesary nutrients for a human diet.
Finally, those people don't go to home every day because they staying in a spacecraft.
