I think is very different if the job profile is for not experience people or if the experience is very important.

For profiles in without experience, appearance and unfolding are basic. The psychological factor greatly influences the decisions of employers.

But for profiles with experience, it is perhaps more important to know to work in a group and the personality are very important.

I´m completely agree with you Agustin.

That´s why in the advertisement sometimes we can read if we need experience or not as well as specific skills.
