IMPORTANT QUALITIES

IMPORTANT QUALITIES

Postby ROCÍO » Mon Mar 04, 2019 11:30 am

I think that the personality is the most valuable thing in a person. There are real cases like Bill Gates, who didn´t finish his studies at Harvard University, and who created the Microsoft company.

There is a success equation >>> success = (skills + knowledge) x attitude. Definitely, the attitude is the most important skill mentioned.

If you could get to the interview it means that your experience as knowledge are suitable for that job. From my point of view, this would be the priority order: attitude, knowledge, experience and appearance.

Hi Rocio,

I know the equation you are talking about. Is from Victor Kuppers, is that right? I like a lot. I also believe that attitude is the most important thing but I believe nowadays there is a lot of "titulitis" and the titles have a lot of weight. People is evaluated from what they have or they don´t have. Even young people now have even two careers and post graduated with a master. It is incredible the over qualification.

For me the over qualification doesn´t mean necessarily that you know to work.

I couldn´t do a career because I´m working since I´m 16 years old and my conditions didn´t let me to do so. I finished a superior professional formation and now i will begin a career in distance. I have been always working but to improve i need the career.

I have finished right now a course in lanbide to improve laboral skills and they told us that in a interview they look is you WANT, if you CAN and if you KNOW. The most important thing for me is, of course, if you want and if you are motivated because if you are you are going to do the neccesary to do right your job.
