DENIZ PLANNING STYLE IS MOST LIKE MINE, BECAUSE I HAVE TO FOCUS ON THE AIMS AND ACHIEVEMENTS THAT THE SYLLABUS MENTION. I ALSO THINK LESSONS SHOULD HAVE A LOGICAL ORDER AND BEGIN FROM THE EASIEST AND ENDING TO THE MOST DIFFICULT ONES.
I THINK THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE SHOULD TAKE IN CONSIDERATION IS THE RELEVANCE OF THE TOPIC OR AN ACTIVITY, THEY MUST BE IMPORTANT AND INTERESTING TO THE STUDENTS AND THEY MUST BE DIFFERENT AND CHALLENGING TO GET THE STUDENTS´ATTENTION AND MOTIVATION, WE ALSO MUST PLAN USEFUL ACTIVITIES WHICH HAVE COHESION BETWEEN THEM TO FORM A UNITED WHOLE.
I ALWAYS START PLANNING WITH AIMS BUT I FOCUS MY ATTENTION ON THE STUDENTS NEEDS AND INTERESTS. I PLAN A SERIES OF LESSONS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP STEP BY STEP AN ACHIEVEMENT. I TRY TO USE DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND RESOURCES INCLUDING THE COURSEBOOK.
IN MY OPINION TEACHERS SHOULDN'T FORGET ABOUT WHO THEIR STUDENTS ARE, WHAT THEIR NEEDS AND INTERESTS ARE, WHAT THEY HAVE TO ACHIEVE AND HOW THEY CAN ACHIEVE THESE AIMS, OTHERWISE THE INFORMATION WON'T BE RELEVANT FOR THEM.
