Mixed ability group
1. The order of the mixed ability is: motivation, previous exposure, attitude, language style, personality and aptitute.

Situation 2: I also use visual material to stimulate discussion and give students five minutes to write relevant ideas to the debate.
Situation 3: I ask them check their notes or to turn to the student next to them and discuss the question, maybe after this, the student will have some ideas.

Yes, I do. They have to consider this six factors in lesson preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation.
4. Mixed ability is usually considered to be a problem. But is it? Could there be some advantages to having students of different levels and abilities in the same class?
It's challenging for the teachers, so they develop new skills.
Students’ motivation and cooperation are promoted.
Mutual support, understanding and tolerance are developed among students.
