Yes, I change organization of the class during the lesson. It depends on activity, but sometimes kids sit at their desks or in small groups around their tables, sit on the carpet in a circle or in the line etc. During some games they move within the classroom and so on. They like changes as it means they don't get bored.
My favourite managements tips? Probably praising the children - giving them points for their active approach during the lesson f.e. no mistakes in an exercise, no mistakes or good ideas in their homework, right answers, good results in spelling game etc. and when they get five points they get mark 1.
