STARTER

· Varied sausages: This is a typical starter because there are very good sausages in Castilla y León as pork sausage, ham, pork, sausage Burgos, sheep´s cheese and cow´s cecina.

MAIN COURSE

· Roasted lechazo: It´s a very popular dish in Castilla y León. It´s a dish of roasted meat. It´s served with lettuce and good red wine from the Ribera del Duero.
DESSER

· Rice pudding: It´s made with a milk, rice, sugar, lemon and cinnamon. They are cooked for many minutes. It´s served cold. It´s delicious.

I really like this menu because it´s vry complete and you are full.
