I have lunch some days in a restaurant next to my house. I describe some typical dishes from a menu in this restaurant.
STARTER:
- Gazpacho. It’s a soup typical from Spain, made from tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic and olive oil. It’s served cold.
MAIN COURSE:
- Roast Pig. This is typical dish from Segovia. It’s made in the oven with pig, lard, water and salt.
DESSERT
- Rice pudding. It’s made with rice, milk and cinnamon.
My favorite dish is the Paella.
This is a typical dish from the east cost of Spain.
It’s a main course made with rice and seafood, or meat.
It’s served with a salad.
It’s delicious with a good wine.
I really like it because my boyfriend cooks the paella very well.
