This is a typical dish of Jaén, is used as input and is a kind of salad, highly recommended for the summer and is composed of garlic, green peppers, tomatoes, bread crumbs, olive oil, vinegar, salt and egg. It's called Pipirrana.
As main course we kid the garlic, typical of the province of Jaén, especially in the Sierra de Cazorla, is composed of Choto, garlic, parsley, pepper, toasted almonds, fried offal, white wine and saffron.
And finally a delicious dessert that is the porridge that is made with flour, fried bread and milk and watered by a digestive liqueur Resul.
