I work as a music teacher. Yesterday I got up at 7 o´clock. I had a cup of tea and bread with jam and organic oil. I studied all morning and prepared material for my afternoon classes. After I had lunch. After lunch I rested for 20 minutes, and I got to work. I had several meeting and classes and after I had rehearsal until 11pm. I went home and I had dinner a class of milk, watch television for an hour, and went to bed. I was very tired.
