I have had several interviews for a job in my professional life, the experience always depends on the expertice of the interviewer.
I remember that in one occasion I was in front of a big mirror, and the interviewer entered to the room and said me, don' t mind if my collague is analizing your reactions on the other side of the mirror, don't you? Of course I leaved the room and the meeting was finished.
