Well my problem or doubt is concening where to live. I think that nowadays is better renting an apparment than buying. It seems that with the financial crisis is better to wait till the price of the appartments will be lower. I would like to receive an advice for a financial expert.

If I were you, I would waited to buy a flat because I'm sure your price will be lower than now.
