During my work life I did interviews and only with one I felt a good ambience of work. The most times, the interviews were in a cold room with a table and two or three chairs at all. With an inexpressive interviewer and asking things that didn't be necessary for the position. I prefer an appointment in a coffe, and doesn't feeling like scanned.
