A good film written by a newyorker and made in Barcelona is "Vicky Cristina Barcelona", directed by Woody Allen and with Scarleth Johanson, Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz in the cast. It's a good film and it shows famous locations from Barcelona. I recommend it to everybody, overall the Penelope Cruz performance.
