I think in an interview it’s very important the appearance and the personality because the interviewer can see in person the candidate for the job. If the interviewer is a good psychologist he can detect positives or negatives aspects who can’t known whith only curriculum and application form. So, it’s very interesting to make an interview before finishing the personal selection.
