Hi all,

1. A job interview is a short period of time where somebody, that usually just have some
information of a person on a piece of paper, will need to discover a complete profile
of a applicant.

It means:

Is everything on CV true?
What is really hide back to somebody usually dressed up with a custome for the interview?
...

too much things and not so much time to discover everything for a long relationship.

In my opinion, from this point of view just superficial qualities are easy to evaluate:
Appearance and Qualification.

for me, just the less important qualities to take into account.

2. In my experience, I have been interviewed few times.

At the beginning you feel really uncomfortable, it looks like they are evaluating if
you are good for them (in fact they are doing).

When you get older you swap with the interviewer, and you are able to drive it.
You are who decide and evaluate, and it make you fell more comfortable and be yourself.

3. And advice

Be yourself. It is not a good idea try to be what are they looking for if you are not.

At the end, a job should be a win-win relationship.

Regards,
Cesar
