I'v heard that someone called to 123 mobile information customer service, asking where was the ash bottom in the mobile, the customer assistant told him that the ash bottom was beside the 9 bottom. The customer said that that was the same that other assistant has told previously, and that he tooked off the 9 bottom of the mobile and beside there was nothing.
