I have made a lot of interviewes in order to find a job. Sometimes it has been good and ohters very bad. The worst interview was the second in my life. I became very nervous because interviewer was very stupid and I knew they wouldn’t select me but finally I was glad to be unselected because I disagree with theirs ways of treating people.

In my opinion interviewee has to fulfill a lot of requirements for a inteviewer but people never think which qualities should have to have a interviewer. The most important quality would have to be education as well as interviewee.

I remember my first interview.
I didn't interest in the job, and was easy.
After, I've had to do some interviews to get a job and also I've been the interviewer.
In general at the first moment, the people who want the job are nervous, but is normal because can be that many things are depending of this job.

I think the most important thing in an interview is to be calm. Otherwise I can’t speak well and I can seem silly

I think it's so important to be calm, sure and natural. You have to be yourself, not try to seem another person. Because at least, your answers and your corporal language will speak about you. You also have to be happy, with a smile on your face, be kind and listen carefully all the words that the interviewer says.

I have made about five interviews for a job in my life.I remember my last interview. It was the last step to get my current job (I have done three exams before). I was so nervous and the members of the panel of judges looked at me on a big round table. I have not sleep the night before the interview. Fortunately, I past the interview and I got the job.
