Qualities to impress an interviewer

I don´t have experience in job interviews because I am younger and I have not worked yet but thinking with the boss´mind I think the most important is the work experience. Having lots of studies can help you to get the position but the experience is more importante because you really learn when you are working or practicing. For that reason find a job always is very difficult to the people who are youngers or they haven´t worked yet.
