1. TWO interviews for ONE.

I had a very long interview for a position of section manager in Decathlon oxylane. It was one of the hardest interviews I had, as I was asked aspects of my childhood and I ended up quite mentally exhausted. I had to pass two oral interviews of one hour each; the first with the area manager and another interview with the warehouse manager. It was very instructive. In the end they took me and it was a different experience than the ones I had in other Jobs.

2. JOB ADVICE.

I suggest going with security, honesty and sincere intentions that you will give everything in the position offered. As well nonverbal communication is also essential to transmit confidence; for instance: look at the interviewer´s eyes, have your arms opened instead of crossed. Breathing deeply before starting the interview calms the nerves.
