I thing that the qualities more importants for an interviewer may be the qualifications and the work experience because they condition the post.
But the qualities that more impress an interviewer are the appearance because it´s the first thing you see at the interviewee and the personality may impress too, because it´s a characteristic wich is discovered along the interview.
