Food is like fashion!
As medicine and studies go up and down, the opinion of experts vary, today they may recommend something and tomorrow they'll say it is harmful for you.
I consider nothing is so terrible as to ban it from your life and your family's life, what we should be VERY careful with is THE AMOUNT of whatever we consume.
Bread is fattening,,,, but if you eat a piece every week or every fortnight it won't be.
Beer can be fattening too,, but only if you're asiduous to the consumption of it.
I could go on and on and on. but no, thank you.
Enjoy life, enjoy food just don't abuse and keep it balanced. =)
