How to fall asleep very quickly and efficiently ? You can learn some vocabulary, read a boring book. The most important thing wou'd probably to stop drinking tea or coffee 3 to 4 hours before you go to bed. (theine as the same effect as caffeine).
You should avoid looking at your smartphone and stuff like that. Drinking alcohol wont help you. You'll fall asleep faster but you won't have a restauring night.
