For me, it is very usefull to drink warm milk before sleeping. Also, i lie down in my bed listening to some power ballads in order to sleep. I put on my pyjamas, close the curtains, and i get in the bed, maybe getting half asleep as i set my alarm clock, to the hour i have to get up in the morning.
