Unit 10: Activity 9 Takeaway English

I'd like a little restaurant in Barcelona. His name's “Terra d'Esculla”. This restaurant cook catalan food in his menu. In winter they make “Escudella”. This is a typical soup from Catalonia. It's very good soup with a pasta, his name's is “galets”. It's delicious but it's a simple soup too. It's typical soup that catalan's families eat for Christmas' Day. The soup it's served with meat, the “carn d'olla”: chicken, lamb, veal, pork and some vegetables: potatoes, carrots, cabbage, chickpeas.
The second course there is baked lamb shoulder. It's server with crushed potato and cabbage. It's delicious meat and it's a typical food of the catalan's mountains.
For desserts there is cream custard catalan, it's a typical dessert from Catalonia. I really like it because this dessert remember me my grandmother.
