This is a typical dish from the centre of Spain. It’s a type of dip in winter, It’s a main course, It made with chickpeas, hen, meat, pork ribs, sausage, and bacon. Fist the soup is served and after the chickpeas and after the rest is served. It’s delicious. I really like it because a typical plate of my community.
