These are some dishes from Asturias.
For the starter we can eat "Cake of Cabracho". It's a dip made from a fish called "cabracho", eggs, onion, carrot, leek, fried tomato sauce, salt and white pepper.
As main course we can eat "Fabada". It's typical stew from Asturias. It's made with white string beans ("fabes"), sausage, blood sausage, bacon, garlic, onion, olive oil, parsley and salt.
After this we will take "Frixuelos". It's a delicious dessert made from eggs, milk, flour, salt, olive oil and sugar. It's served with chocolate or cream.
I recommend you to eat this menu in winter and a day that you do not have anything to do in the evening.
