“TORTOS OF PICADILLO”
This is a typical dish from the West of Asturias. It’s made from corn and sprinkled with “picadillo” ( mince meat of pork).

MAIN COURSE

“CURADILLO”
This is a dry fish from the family of the sharks. It’s cooked with onion and tomatoes. It’s like a stew, and it’s served with boiled egg.

DESSERT

“BOLLINAS”
These are a type of pastry from the West of Asturias. They are filled with smashed nuts, sugar and anisette. It’s delicious.
