It is typical of Catalonia, and prepared the day of San Jose. This dessert is easy to prepare and served with a wafer,is delicious and I personally like.
1 liter of milk,4 eggs,2 teaspoons cornstarch (maizena), cinnamon, lemon peel, sugar.
Heat the milk with cinnamon and lemon peel, beat the 4 egg yolks, with the sugar and cornstarch add the milk and put the mixture to heat without boiling until the mixture specific.
Is distributed in clay pots and sugar is added and burned to make it a crust of sugar.
