Crema Catalana.
It is typical of Catalonia, and prepared the day of San Jose. This dessert is easy to prepare and served with a wafer,is delicious and I personally like.
1 liter of milk,4 eggs,2 teaspoons cornstarch (maizena), cinnamon, lemon peel, sugar.
