1. I plan like Deniz´s style because i teach in a secondary school and I have the same point of view about the students get a sense of regular routine because otherwise you lose their attention.
2.According to the second question.
I´d order them from the most important to the least.
1. Logic
2. Flow
3. Variety
4. relevance
5. Cohesion
6. Balance
When I plan my lessons I must try looking up varied and innovative activities to be able to capture the attention of my students and not get bored always working with the syllabus.
3. When I plan a lesson I focus in the aim of the unit lesson, for example:
-Produce telephonic complains
-Set of instructions album, etc...
In addition using the coursebook when my students need to know about the language.
And for me is important to plan one lesson at a time because I realize which are the opportunity areas and stregths of my students and I could realize in where I will have to change and apply some strategies of teaching.
4. My advice to the new teacher will be:
Teaching is not easy because we are working with humans so, take time to know the stregths of your students and realize which are their likes and dislikes and look up some innovative and TPR activties.
