1. I agree with Deniz , because the students get a sense of regular routine, the lesson should have a logical order, in Public school in secondary the students have the English classes three times a week.
2. I think is important the : relevance, logic, variety, balance, cohesion, flow , we have a program in secondary and we can select the topics, and use different activities, of course we have a book, but in many ways the exercises are very worried for the students and we need to be very creative.
3. When I plan a lesson, I start with the general idea because I can encourage the brain storm, all the students have the possibility to participate and I catch their attention. I usually plan a week includes three lessons
4. My advice for a new teacher is, use your imagination, be creative, star with the aims of the lesson, plan your lesson with a logical order and establishing a regular routine, alternate between vocabulary and grammar, work in pairs . Enjoy your job.
