i will develop a student contract, this activity will help and support my whole work with the class

this encourage students to develop an awareness of their own language abilities and learning needs, this will help students to measure their own progress
3.-every group is a mixed-ability group
i agree, i consider that every group is different and we have to deal with that, and be prepare for any situation, prepare activities according the learning style and needs
4.-Mixed ability group can have advantages they allow the opportunity to accept, discuss and listen to other's diverse perspectives, mixed classes are useful for topic introduction, read aloud, closure and team building.
