Mixed ability classes

In my opinion the order of the mixed ability is: previous exposure because as teachers we need to know the level of our students and what they can do with the language because we can not provide material or activities that are difficult for our students, so that is why we need to know their level, while doing this we can combine activities to know their learning style and the aptitude, when we do this we can know better our students and the way they learn better. Next is personality because whit the previous information we can know if the students like participate or they just like to stay in silence in class or if they need music o movement. The last two are motivation and attitude, motivation is first because students need to have something that make them want to learn the language or some inspiration and it depends of what they love to do because if we provide activities about they favourite hobbies or likes we will have the best attitude from our students because he will do what he wants to do. So the best option for this I think that we will provide different type of activities but focus on our students likes.
