The way I plan my lessons is close to Paolo’s. Teaching more than one class needs a great deal of balance between teaching, learning and doing activities. When planning a unit being logical is really important being logical can helps the teacher to run the classes easily. Another quality is variety, variety is very important for teachers because when the class has a lot of different activities it motivates and encourages them to come to the class. When I plan a unit, I plan a series of lessons, I arrange everything that I would do in a specific time. I Arrange activities, assignment, quizzes, and most important things in the book because sometimes there are some things in course book that are irrelevant to their subjects.
