I prefer Polo's planning style, for we should get a balance between learning and activities. And I agree with his view that " variety is the most important " That's true, If the students feel bored, they will have no interest in learning anything, for interest is the biggest motivation in learning. In planning a unit, being logical and variety are the most important factors . Being logical can make the class flow and the students can develop reasonable thoughts, At the same time, variety can bring in interest and motivation to the students. When I plan a unit, I will plan a series of lessons. In that case, I can arrange all the contents in a reasonable way and teach my students the most important things . As for a new teacher, my advise is as follows: firstly, they should make it clear what is taught to children in this lesson. Secondly, they should prepare in great detail and think of all the possible situations which appear in the lesson. Thirdly, they should think over what methods or approaches they should adopt to attract the students' attention and also arise their interest.
