"Every group is a mixed-ability group." Do you agree with this? What are the implications of this statement for teachers?
In the past years there were not an inclusion for different ways of learning. In fact the way how teachers organized groups was focus on english level instead of being inclusive with others . Nowdays we can realise new research and new theories such as multiple intelligences by Howard Gardner show us that human being has several ways to learn . So its a big challenge for teacher to organize different activities to include all this ways of learning in the other hand they can make a good use of student skills if teacher can make a plan to group and organize different activities in order to get a collective knowledge
