1. Important qualities.
The necessary qualities depend on the type of work, but I think there are 2 types of necessary qualities:
- technical capacities to do the work, and interest to improve and learn every day
- intrapersonal capacities to work in a team, empathy, positivism...
The first impression is very important, but not decisive.
2. Job interviews.
My last interview was more than 10 years ago.
The experience was very good: I got the job (that's why I'm here)
3. Job advice.
This is not the only work in the world. If you do not get it, for the next one.
If you make a mistake or do not know something, recognize it.
