I am applying for a teaching assistant job next friday. Can someone give an advice or two about what should I NOT mention on that interview?

What advice would you give to someone about to go to their first job interview?
I think that is important to be calm and be oneself, always telling the truth about qualifications and work experience, stressing the most important skills and how the profile fits the job. It is important preparing the interview, know the company and the vacancy requested.
