Well, I think that in a job interviem the qualities that are the most importants are:
The appearance, the work experience because I think that the interviewer focus on that.

I would say an interviewer usually get impressed by features related to personality or appearance, communication skills, more than qualifications. Maybe work experience if it's really singular or extraordinary. An interviewer set an appointment with candidates that appàrently fulfil the desired professional profile, so that appearance and soft skills make the difference.
