I'm desagree. I believe that a great deal of employmnts the most important quality is the appearance. For example, if you are a lawer you shouldn't wear earings and tatoos because it is a bad appearance for the customers. Also, I think when you are young and haven't got enought experience another thing that is important are the qualifications, however, wheter you are old, companies prefer looking for people whit professional experience.

Sorry I make a mistake, I want say qualities not habilities.

All these qualities are important your, qualifications says a lot of your formation, your work experience cab be decisive for an interviewer, but show your personality in a first meeting can be very difficult.
Appearance should be the less important but sometimes gets excessive importance.
