I couldn't agree more with you Manuela. Laughing is a great way of combating the physical effects of stress. When we laugh, our body relaxes and endorphins (natural painkillers) are released into the blood stream. We should laugh more often, a day without laughing is a day lost.

I think those tips are fine from a laughter therapy Web site, on how to encourage laughter in the workplace, as long as you work in an office. Of all, you can apply them in any work environment, (except in a funeral home ...) to be able to share laughs with colleagues, tell jokes, send in the wassap group funny memes .....
