1. What factors do you consider important in causing mixed ability? Put these in order of importance for you:
In my opinion and according to my previous experience, this is how I think they can be arranged:
The first factor is Attitude
Then, Personality.
After that, learning style, Aptitude, Motivation, Finally, Previous exposure
3. "Every group is a mixed-ability group." Do you agree with this? What are the implications of this statement for teachers?
I totally agree with this statement "Every group is a mixed-ability group." The implications for teachers are that, they’ve to take in consideration all of the mixed- ability groups FACTORS which will help him\her in arranging the class, choosing the discussion topics and dealing with the problems that occur in the middle of the class. In addition, it will help the teacher to come up with the ways and creative ideas that she\he can use it in order to improve the weak students.
