I think that the most important thing when we are teaching is to motivate the students and try to teach them how to learn with a positive attitude. Of course all the others factors are important, but motivation is the key factor of all great results.
3. "Every group is a mixed-ability group." Do you agree with this? What are the implications of this statement for teachers?
I agree completely with this statement. I have noticed that every class is a mixed-abiblity group. The challenge of teachers is that all the students learn at the same level and speed.
